Damages and issues
If you are not happy with your purchase please inform us via email at elmaselegance@gmail.com. Please clearly state the reason for return so that we can deal with your issue in the most efficient manner. If you wish to cancel an order then please do so 30 minutes of placing an order. When you have received your item, please inspect that it is the the correct order and if it is defective then please let us know within two days of receiving your order.
Returns and refunds
If customers should wish to return items, you may do so within 7 days of your delivery. The best way would be to return the item and re-order a new item. Please bear in mind all items are inspected before dispatching and if your item is faulty and we are unable to replace your new item then a full refund will be given. We reserve the right to deny any returns after the period that has been stipulated.
When trying on clothes please handle with care and ensure you are not wearing makeup or perfume. If clothing looks to have been worn or appears to have undue marks, then no refund will be awarded. We will notify you upon inspection whether a refund will be issued. Items will be fully refunded when the item is received. Please bear in mind that money refunded may take time depending on your banks protocol.

The customer will be responsible for the return delivery fee. We recommend taking your parcel to any Post Office and acquiring a receipt for proof of postage. We suggest you use a delivery method that insures you for value of the item (s). If the parcel is not sent using a tracking service and the item is lost, then the customer will have to bear the cost of the item in full.
